Enhanced License
AgnusImages offers an Enhanced License for buyers with special needs that fall outside of the scope of our Standard Photo License.
Our standard royalty-free agreement allows a broad variety of uses where the image is a supporting part of your book, magazine article, advertisement, website, direct mail, brochure, etc. But if you need the image to be a core, main, definitive part of your product, you will require an Enhanced License.
Example: A customer will buy a newspaper whether our image is on the cover or not–our image plays a secondary, supporting role included in the Standard License. Our image on a t-shirt on the other hand, is the main component of the shirt and is the motivating factor in the purchase of the item. In this case, the image plays a primary role and therefore requires an Enhanced License.
