A simple still-life of an African styled chalice made of gold, shells and ivory. The objects are rendered on an African printed table cloth. The top of the chalice does not extend beyond the top border. The tablecloth fades to 100% white so it will blend seamlessly with a design on a white background. This illustration can accompany articles on multi-culturalism; embracing other cultures; missionary work; and cultural diversity. This model is based on a chalice given to Pope John Paul II by the president of Cameroon, Africa in 1984.
